I got home about 2-ish, and thought I'd make a public post about today and then a locked one about the past couple of days!

I've not done tooo badly for cards and pressies :) Got some lovely white roses from Sarah (think it's Sarah P ... must text her actually). Em and Rick have out done themselves AGAIN! Last year they got me a CDRW drive for my PC, this year I've got the MP3 player I've been wanted for ages - how chuffed am I about that!! So I think I'll be spending some of the afternoon remaining looking at that one and trying to figure it all out. Got money from Jean & Trevor ... so that's the TT CD bought (just need to pay for the DVD myself).

How am I doing?? Not to bad today ... wasn't sure after last night how I'd be today, but I'm hoping the worst is out of the way now.

Is it just me, or as you get older do the days go faster??? Something I;ve often wondered as it's August already and I don;t know where the past 8 months have gone! Only 13 weeks to my birthday - shit! 13 weeks left of being 27!! 30 is approaching fast!!

Been trying to get my birthday celebrations sorted again today! Have decided definately for a meal on my birthday, then the night in Liverpool the night after! With a week off to recover!!

It'll be here before I know it!
